Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Orvexa Markets app and orvexamarkets.com, provided by Orvexa AI Technologies Private Limited ("Orvexa", "we"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.

2. What the service is

Orvexa Markets is software for market research, trade analysis and paper trading. Orvexa is not a stock broker, exchange, investment adviser, research analyst or custodian. We do not hold your money or assets, and we do not execute trades on our own account.

The service is in testing. Features may change, pause or stop, and market data may be delayed, incomplete or, where labelled, synthetic.

3. Not investment advice

Prices, charts, Orvexa AI signals, trade plans, risk checks and paper results are information and software output only. They are not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. You make your own decisions and are responsible for them.

4. Paper trading

Paper trades use virtual money. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged, and their results can differ from real trading (for example in fills, slippage and fees).

5. Connected exchange accounts (when available)

• If you connect an exchange account, orders are placed on that exchange in your name, under the exchange's own terms, and you are responsible for them and for your account with the exchange.
• We act only on your instructions, or through an autopilot you switch on, within limits you set. We never request permission to withdraw funds.
• Exchanges, networks and data feeds can fail or be delayed; orders may be rejected, filled at a different price, or not filled. Limits such as a stop-loss reduce risk but cannot guarantee a maximum loss.
• You can disconnect at any time in the app or at the exchange.

6. Risk

Trading crypto assets and derivatives is high risk; you can lose all the money you trade, and leverage increases losses. Crypto assets are largely unregulated in India. You are responsible for your own taxes.

7. Your account

Keep your password safe and tell us about any unauthorised use. Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do. You can delete your account at any time; see Delete your account.

8. Our liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Orvexa is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or losses caused by market data, signals, exchanges, networks or outages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Intellectual property

The app, website, Orvexa AI models and brand belong to Orvexa. You may use them for your own personal use under these terms.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before significant changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions or complaints: office@orvexatechnologies.com. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
